About

I'm a Senior Product Manager with a background as both a founder and a software engineer. Over the past decade, I've worked across roles — founder, CTO, consultant, and product manager — always at the intersection of product strategy and technical execution.

My career has been shaped by working on products where the problems are genuinely hard and solutions not obvious: data-heavy platforms, rules-driven logic and products where correctness and trust matter as much as usability.

What I've learned is that the best product work isn't about frameworks or best practices — it's about judgment. Every company, team and situation is different, and there's never just one solution to a problem. You need to know when to push and when to listen. When to ship fast and when to slow down. When to follow the data and when to trust your instincts.

Things I've done

My product sense and judgement is built through practical experience. Every company, role and shipped feature have taught me something valuable that made me the PM I am today.

Being the first PM means balancing discovery, delivery, and stakeholder alignment while the product and team are still small and finding its way.

Building foundations at Funnel

Working on data transformation and semantic modeling taught me how early technical decisions constrain or enable product strategy years later.

Building a product from only a shared dream to functioning business taught me that no outputs matter in the end, it's only about the outcomes you achieve together.
